May/June 2025 and Oct/Nov 2025 results for the IGCSE Art & Design (0400) exams

Dear visitors,

I am delighted to share the May/June 2025 and Oct/Nov 2025 results for the IGCSE Art & Design (0400) exams. You can find the full record below for the grade C and above.

A huge congratulations to my 2025 cohort! They worked incredibly hard and truly aimed for the best. While two of my students received a C grade for the June session, they both missed a B by just a single point! Such is life! Even so, they achieved a solid 69%, and we are very grateful that they both secured a Credit.

For those looking for inspiration, I have included final piece A* and A-grade samples below. The A* marks ranged from 90% to 93%, while the A-grade samples scored between 81% and 88%.

I hope these samples provide you and your students with fresh ideas and inspiration for your own compositions.

Wishing you all the very best for the upcoming exams this year!

Final piece collection Grade A* - June 2024 and June 2025 - Art & Design Igcse 0400 syllabus.

Dear visitors,

It feels great to be back! It’s been a while, and I’m delighted to finally share some of the incredible final piece collections from our students' June 2024 and June 2025 exams.

These two batches represent a significant moment for us. The June 2024 group was the very last to have their artwork physically couriered to Cambridge, while the June 2025 batch pioneered our new method, submitting their work online.

You'll notice that all the student work is watermarked. The artwork is absolutely the students' own, but unfortunately, I've seen too many of their pieces circulated across various online platforms without credit to this blog. Watermarking helps protect the integrity of our shared resource.

Despite the watermark, you can still fully appreciate the students' skill, as well as their strong topic choices, dynamic compositions, and polished presentation.

I will be sharing the Grade A final piece collection soon in my next post, so keep an eye out!

Good luck to everyone preparing for the October 2025 exams!

Enjoy the art!

Grade A* Art & Design Igcse 0400 June 2024

Dear visitors,

I am excited to share another outstanding visual art piece created by one of my students, who achieved an A* (91%) in the June 2024 exam. I am immensely proud of her accomplishments. She is a focused and determined individual, always eager to learn and receptive to feedback. Her dedication to her studies is evident in the extra effort she puts into each project.

For Component 1 planning, initially, I was concerned when she chose to prepare 7 supporting studies instead of the usual 8. However, we had numerous discussions to ensure that each study showcased robust techniques, adequate media exploration, and well-developed ideas from start to finish. I am glad with 7 preps + 1 final piece (Component 1) and 4 preps + 1 final piece (Component 2), she could scored an A*.

I am overjoyed by Diti's work and her results. Her achievement is a cause for celebration. Congratulations on your well-deserved success!

I was delighted to hear she scored an A*, a grade she deserved. As mentioned in previous posts, you can compare your work with hers. If you have any concerns or feel the results are unfair, please contact Cambridge directly. The purpose of sharing these works is to provide references, information, and guidelines. Feel free to adapt the ideas shared on my blog to your own teaching and guidance style.

If you are dissatisfied, please address it professionally by submitting a complaint to Cambridge. Unconstructive criticism, sarcasm, and questioning of my guidance will not be tolerated. I welcome constructive feedback, but anything beyond that is unacceptable.

I am deeply grateful to my students for allowing me to share their work with you. Their contributions are invaluable, and I hope you appreciate them as much as I do.

Thank you!

Grade A* Art & Design Igcse 0400 June 2024.

Dear visitors,

Thank you for stopping by my art blog. I've been receiving a lot of positive feedback via email, and it's heartening to know that the content shared here has benefited many of you. Today, I'm excited to share another success story from my blog: Suhayla, who achieved an impressive 92% in her June 2024 exams. Her dedication and commitment were evident in her visual work, and she truly deserved her A*.

I understand that sometimes the results and grades given by examiners can be puzzling, especially when compared with your student's work. However, Suhayla's skills in Component 1 and Component 2 were exceptional.

Please note that I've had to add watermarks to all of Suhayla's work, and indeed many of my students' artwork, due to repeated instances where their work has been used without permission on various websites and Instagram. Despite the watermarks, I trust in your ability to still appreciate the visual quality, ideas, and composition of their pieces. Your respect for their work is greatly appreciated.

I hope this showcase provides valuable insights and serves as a helpful reference for guiding your students. I'm incredibly proud of all my students' achievements in the June 2024 exams: 2 A*s, 1 A, 3 Bs, and 2 Cs. It's a testament to their hard work and talent.

Below, you'll find Suhayla's work, shared with her permission. Thank you, Suhayla, for allowing me to feature your work on my blog. Your contribution is greatly appreciated!

Congratulations to two talented students for getting an A* for Art & Design IGCSE June2022 syllabus 0400!

Dear all,

First of all, thank you for visiting my blog. For teachers and students who emailed me, kindly give me some time to reply one by one.

***

Many congratulations to my two talented students who scored an A* for June Series/Exam 2022 for the syllabus 0400.

So so proud of both of you - especially at the beginning, your batch was affected by the Mco (post-pandemic restriction). Getting back to the classroom momentum was not an easy flow.

CONGRATULATIONS MAIA AND TIFFANY! I am truly proud of both of you! Both of your works are amazing. I thought you both should be rewarded slightly higher than this %! :P

Anyways, both works were still THE BEST work and getting a 90% is still an AMAZING achievement!
