Sharing Grade B 74% work of June2024 Art & Design Igcse 0400

Hello everyone,

I am excited to share the work of Vrinda, a former student of mine, with all of you. Thank you, Vrinda, for giving me permission to post your work on my blog. 

I am delighted to showcase her achievement in the Art & Design IGCSE syllabus 0400 for the June 2025 exams, where she earned a good overall percentage of 74% and achieved a Grade B.

Vrinda's Component 1, titled 'Resonance,' scored 62% (B); for Component 2, she chose 'Glass Containers,' which also scored 61% (B). Her total marks were 123, resulting in an overall percentage of 74%.

You did it, Vrinda! Your dedication and hard work are commendable, especially considering our initial concerns about time management and overall quality.

Dear all,

Here is another sample of Grade B syllabus 0400, Art & Design IGCSE 0400 June 2022. Congratulations again to Teddy Sarah Rijkaard! 

It was fun guiding you on this journey! I am so proud of you - mainly knowing that with me was the first formal art session you ever had! She's a homeschooled student, by the way. 

As an art teacher myself, when I knew she had no formal art lesson before coming to me, I felt challenged. I wanted to give my best to guide her because I knew that she had talent and solid dedication for this exam. 

I planned and tried to come out with the best strategies for her. We discussed a lot of selecting related materials for both Components. I introduced her to various techniques, and sometimes, she was a little anxious because she was not used to the techniques, Somehow, I knew she could do it! And she did!

At the beginning of the session, we tried to aim for a C and above (for the grade), and then slowly, we set the aim higher. Maybe we could try a B and above. 

And, she scored B! Yay! 

You did your best, and indeed, you are an awesome, talented student, Teddy! 

So proud of you!
